Preferably low to mid budget and near the center of Seattle.   The South Lake Union area is full of food trucks every day around lunch time. My favorite is The Grilled Cheese Experience (http://www.grilledcheeseseattle.com/), but it doesn't appear that they'll be back today, sadly.
