My boss birthday is coming up and the only thing he wants is an almond croissant. Does anyone know where I can purchase just one? I don't have a car so preferably somewhere close to Columbia city. Thank you!!

Or Capitol Hill ... http://bakerynouveau.com/

Sorry, but if you are serious, you will have to come to West Seattle for Bakery Nouveau's Twice Baked Almond Croissant :)

I second Bakery Nouveau, their twice baked Almond Croissants are amazing

Belle Epicurean in downtown Seattle and their Madison branch has them. It's not in Columbia City, but closer than West Seattle. It's my second favorite place after Bakery Nouveau...Why limit yourself to almond croissant? Everything there is delicious...especially the ham and Gruyere feuillettes.

BAKERY NOUVEAU! Hands down.... Twice baked Almond, chock full of Almonds, moist & buttery interior with crisp, nutty exterior that'll be the BEST! For ease to & from Columbia City. They have savory croissants, as well. The variety seems endless! On Capitol Hill, across street from Group Health(15 th & John), Bus routes #8, 9 or #43. And, get something for yourself! They open@6 am m-f, 7 am sat & sun. Best to go early in day, as everything is baked daily and to ensure availability.

Bakery Nouveau also has an almond raspberry croissant. I wish they had just a regular almond croissant (like they have in chocolate). I love their croissants but I am not a fan of the twice-baked varieties since they are so sweet from being soaked in simple syrup before (or in-between) baking. I am a total sweet tooth but too rich for me. I think I had an almond croissant at Fresh Flours (around corner to south) at Beacon light rail station.
