Knee High Stocking Co has a wonderful selection of absinthe and is one of three speakeasies in Seattle. Real absinthe has been legal in the states since 2007. All of the absinthe being offered on the menu at Knee High has wormwood/thujone (it's all real absinthe). Try the Vieux carre! It's complex but smooth. www.kneehighstocking.com
