  Dr Nathan Erlich 808-893-1801 is the best I've found. Very intuitive, wise, knowledgeable, powerful, and gentle;) He's a Naturopath, but part of his specialty is spinal manipulation-and he's great at it. One of the most tuned in men I've ever met. Has office in both Pukalani and Kahalui. Blessings
