We used to celebrate our wedding anniversary at a restaurant that carried so much history (was built in *1894)* We are now looking for something a tad similar here to make it our anniversary restaurant. What are some of your recommendations? Looking for great food, elegant atmosphere and maybe a tad of history as well. UPDATE: I got lucky as someone canceled their reservation at Canlis on the day of the anniversary, so I took their spot. Many great suggestions here so I am saving them for next time ;)

  Agree with Marci. The Corson Building is definitely a good choice. If you are willing to go over to the Eastside, Herbfarm is also a great option.
