  http://www.praxis-schlesisches-tor.de/en/ Best practice in Berlin, all doctors are extremely friendly and speak fluent English. Specially, Dr. Westerbarkey, is the best, the only doctor in Berlin, at least in my personal experience that seems to understand that patients are people and treat them accordingly.
