  For california style burritos, check out Dolores. For more towards the authentic Mexican, try Santa Maria in Kreuzberg. For OKAY tex-mex, Que Pasa is doable.

  TaCabron is the best Tex-Mex, Maria Bonita is very good, Santa Maria is good, Dolores has the best burritos, Burrito Baby also is pretty good
