  Skiidy, Skitransfers, Action transfers, snowandtrek will all get you to your destination, and if your plane is delayed etc they will re-arrange, get you on another bus etc, not leave you stranded at the airport. They will turn up when they're supposed to, they will confirm your return transfer beforehand and adjust times, if necessary, to allow for weather, and get you to the airport in plenty of time for your flight. If their vans break down, drivers go sick, etc they will get it sorted, and will not make it 'your' problem. The same cannot be said for all other companies. I do know for a fact that the guys I mentioned above have rescued stranded travellers who have been left in the lurch by transfer companies mentioned in other people's suggestions! (Morzexpress, Alpybus, this means you!) Most of the good companies are not greatly dissimilar in pricing. If a company seems a lot cheaper there's probably a reason for that, and personally i would;t be prepared to gamble!
