  I am needing someone to help with getting a 3 bedroom house in Hornby ready for sale. Needing an electrician (very small job - just to fix 2 lights and remove a hanging wire for a door bell) a painter/plasterer - the house has half a dozen holes in the walls that need plastering prior to painting the whole inside area. Also need a handy man who can replace a back door, fix the bathroom door, plus tidy up a wardrobe door frame & fix some outside guttering. Any recommendations for a carpet / lino layer who can supply and install a reasonably cheap carpet that looks okay. Ideally would like someone who can start pretty much straight away - we will pay progress payments but want someone who won't let us down and will do a reasonable job - not looking for cowboys :-)
