  Looking for a trusty local to do a basic garden clean up - remove leaves from garden beds, dead sticks etc, pull out weeds in lawn, pull out grass grown into garden beds. Won't need lawn to be mown as agent has someone come in and do that. Literally just remove major weeds in grass and beds and remove leaves from beds to make it look tidy. $100 for the job? Hoping for this weekend or over cup weekend.
