  I’m looking for a Licensed and Insured contractor to help build a handicap ramp at my parents home who are both handicap. They had a contractor who tore their front porch apart back in OCT! He never shows up and pretty much took all of their money and ran! I fee so bad for them as It’s winter, they need this ramp done as soon as possible!   I second Head Courters in Elwyn. KathySiefert, the owner is wonderful. Chrissy and Nancy are also an excellent. Very warm and friendly atmosphere and they have many, many Senior Clients. Contact # is 610-892-0700. Monday is a good day to go if you want Kathy to do her hair.
