I'm looking for a recommendation for a reliable appliance repair company or individual in Kalamazoo, particularly for a washing machine. The machine still works well but isn't spinning clothing as dry as it once did so we want to get it repaired before it gets to a point that it has to be replaced. Any recommendations for someone good in Kalamazoo? My searching online hasn't led to any solid conclusions. Thanks!

  I'm very fond of [Major Appliance](http://www.majorapplianceoutlet.com/) out on Stadium Drive by the Van Buren county line. Good repair crew, refurbed appliances in stock and inexpensive parts. I had an issue with the "ratcheting" portion of a clothes dryer. Rather than sell me a whole new agitator, they simply sold me the replacement parts for the worn gear pieces inside with instructions on how to replace them. Instead of a $130+ part, I only had to pay a few dollars and did the job myself.
