Wondering if there's any handy people or decorators/workmen who can help me. I have a chimney breast in my rented flat that is painted an awful colour. I can paint it back to white no problem but I've decided I'd like a cork wall like the photo below. Only thing is it has to be temporary and not damage the wall as I don't own the place. I remember my mum having cork tiles and them being a pain to remove. I did think of tiling a foam board the size of the chimney kind of like a false wall but I have no idea how to attach that to the wall - just hammering in tacks around the border?? Or is there another way? I'd also prefer a continous sheet rather than tiles but not sure if that's possible to this size. Anyone with advice or anyone who can do it for me???
