  Locals Seafood has an email list you can subscribe to and in the mornings and weekends they'll tell you what the fishermen in the coast area have caught and brought in. You can pick up at their location across from the NC State Farmers Market or they have a couple of other spots you can preorder and pick up (i.e. Western Wake Farmers Market). http://localsseafood.com
