  [Texas Dermatology](https://www.texasdls.com) has lots of locations. I had a good experience with the Dominion location but I think they just had one open closer to you. They seem like a very big, established practice with a variety of doctors. And it’s not just cosmetic stuff, which I’ve run into at other clinics.
