Hey guys: two questions...
1) I'm looking for recommendations on a weight vest. I've never really used one before but ideally one that I could adjust the weight between like 15-45 lbs would be good.
2) How did you guys go about adding in club training? I'm thinking about grabbing a few of those Onnit clubs (also open to other brand suggestions but the RMAX/Tacfit ones are a lot more expensive).
