Looking to talk about buying properties as a ltd co, SPVs, forex trading, and find out if there are any incentives / discounts if you transfer existing properties in one persons name into a ltd co. Have heard of entrepreneurs relief but not sure what it is. Any recommendations of people to talk to would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. :-)

  There are a number of ways to shield existing assets and ways to delay capital gains tax if you transfer owned property to a LTD. I'm using Kumar strategic business consultants 020 8993 7771 Charles or Anil. Anil is a property investor in his on right and delivered a very enlitened session a a Buckinghamshire network meeting.
