  Anybody have a foundation expert they could recommend? I have found black mold under my carpet/padding on top of my 'real' hardwood floors. I noticed in the crawlspace, it is very damp.   Need some crawl space work done in Cumming. It's a small house (900 sq ft), so shouldn't take to long for a GC to complete. Problem is a compressed timeline. I need a quote today and work done tomorrow. Here are the details: 1: there are presently 2 vents in the crawl space. There should be 7 given sq footage to provide adequate ventilation. 2: there is insulation and vapor barrier coming down from beneath the house, as well as cardboard laying in the crawl space from previous work. This should be removed. 3: new insulation and vapor barrier should replace the removed ones
