Tantric T-shirts
“Tantric T-shirts: Love and care for yourself from the inside and feel good about yourself on the outside. Ethical garments for the mindful yogi.”
Tantric T-shirts are Fairwear, ethically manufactured and made from organic cotton and organic bamboo. My designs are based on my love of yoga and created with energies of love and wellbeing. Some designs have a mantra to promote positive well-being.
Fashion can be a transient thing, with seasonal collections, resulting in pressure to join the throw away culture and add to the waste in land fill. The UK produces half a million tonnes of clothing, adding to landfill sites. The goal and direction of Tantric T-shirts is to produce stylish well-made t-shirts to wear for yoga or as casual wear, sourced and created with as minimum impact to the planet as possible. The designs are not focussed on current fashion trends or patterns, simply the love of yoga. With the quality of the garment, the fabrics and the design the garment will be timeless. Caring from the source to the customer is the objective of Tantric T-shirts.
Tantric T-shirts also offers organic cotton cooking aprons. As a lover of yoga it is important to care about what you eat, and make careful conscious choices to eat a healthy balanced diet, while opting for locally sourced produce. Food preparation is as crucial in the process of cooking, as the benefits of eating a lovingly prepared meal. To feel beautiful and organised, wear a Tantric t-shirts apron with a beautiful yoga design and mantra when creating your culinary delights.
Why it is important to use organic cotton?
Tantric T-shirts cares about the planet and people. Organic cotton is produced on a smaller scale using natural farming methods using chilli, neem and garlic as alternatives to harmful pesticides. Many people have reported that organic cotton is softer and easier to wear for people with sensitive skin.

performance; easy care, breathable and so on, it makes up for 50% of the world’s fibre needs. The majority of cotton is grown with enormous amounts of toxic chemicals. ( A staggering 25% of all global pesticides is used.) These effects the planet in many ways, the chemicals from this farming seep into the water system. Cotton crops use intensive irrigation systems and are the largest water users among agriculture users. There is evidence that farmers and employees in the cotton industry suffer health risks through pesticide exposure. Severe health problems effect the farmers who work in cotton crop industries, including birth defects, weaker immune systems and reproductive disorders.
By choosing organic cotton, the increased demand will insure a reduction of price and environmental impact on the planet.
All t-shirts are Fair Wear.
Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) is an independent, non-profit organization that works with companies and factories to improve labor conditions for garment workers.

FWF keeps track of the improvements made by the companies it works with. And through sharing expertise, social dialogue and strengthening industrial relations, FWF increases the effectiveness of the efforts made by companies.
The artwork is unique, designed and printed in The UK. Each design will have a limited run and therefore not only be unique but exclusive too.
