  Is anyone missing a beautiful black rabbit in Jackpine Flats? There has been one out at the camp for the past couple of weeks, and it seems too tame to be a wild rabbit. He is fairly comfortable around people, although he hops away if they get within a few feet of him. Does anyone know if there are many wild rabbits out there? (We don't want to leave him if he is someone's pet, because we are concerned that he may not survive over the winter; also concerned about his ability to survive with all of the other wild animals in the area).   Rabbit is still around; appears to be someone's pet. Concerned he will not survive the winter (or the wild animals out there............). Please call Dave at 250--635-5785 if you have any info., questions, or suggestions.
