Looking for ideas for an after school sports class for my 14 year old. It's proven difficult... He already does martial arts, so doesn't need any more of that. He hates the idea of yoga or pilates etc and is not hugely into anything involving a ball, how ever big or small the ball (so football as bad as squash). I had a look at the CP gym today, but NONE of their fitness classes are for under 16s. He would like to "bulk" up a bit, but doesnt like the local boxing club (we tried). Ayn ideas?
