I won a bid at work for charity for me and my spouse to be taken out to dinner by one of our VPs. There is "no budget" so I'm thinking I want to go somewhere I'd never afford to go otherwise, but there is one caveat. It must be either Farm to Table, or known for their local food sustainability. Locations are either KW or Toronto area. Any suggestions?
My short list so far is Canoe, Langdon Hall
Someone suggested Momofuko, but I don't eat fish, so that would be a waste. Sadly Blueblood Steakhouse in Casa Loma is not farm to table, nor local/sustainable.
Does anyone know if Sotto Sotto or Cluny Bistro could be considered sustainable?
