  I live in Perryville and I want to get my dog groomed, his nails clipped, and his ears and teeth cleaned. I just got him on Craigslist and he's a mess. I don't have vaccination records yet (I'm waiting for the previous owner to email them to me) or I would take him to petco. Please let me know if there are any cheap places that don't need the vaccination records.
