Alma libre bookstore newsletter April/May 2014 issue gives a good explanation of going to Isla. Several golf cart rentals along the main street.

There are many great restaurants here in PM. Check out the interactive map that Alma Libre books has. Our favorite is Cantina Habanero, the whole menu is good.
Is there a best place to look online for a place to stay there for a couple of weeks, looking for a place close to beach and also lower priced (if there is such a thing, lol).

We have a few places on our website at www.almalibrebooks.com
I would try Misuky in the Colonia. He's done some small repairs and battery changes for us. He is located in the Colonia on Zetina Gasca (the first road with the very wide meridian) just half a block north of Chulim. It's on our map at almalibrebooks.com or inpuertomorelos.com
Anyone know of a jeweler in PM that works with clasps, chain links, etc. easy stuff if you have the equipment and the eye-sight!

We have used "Misuky" in the Colonia for watch batteries and eyeglass repair. He has good eyes and a steady hand. He is located in the Colonia on Zetina Gasca (the first road with the very wide meridian) just half a block north of Chulim. It's on our map at almalibrebooks.com or inpuertomorelos.com
