Try Cornish Mutual to see if they will insure you- I was finding my public liability and buildings insurance for a small pony yard soared from £100 to £450 with NFU a few years back- they seem to only cater for bigger farms now :( Moved to Cornish Mutual and had reasonable quotes ever since.
