About us
Fable Coffee is an independent, husband and wife duo bringing specialty, fresh roasted coffee to the Sierra Nevada foothills in Nevada County. We roast in small batches on a Diedrich coffee roaster, sourcing the freshest beans. Ultimately, our goal is to create a welcoming space for building community over excellent cups of coffee.
