  Hi mate, they are an easy job, I live in Retford and I use Hallcroft Service Centre for a lot of my cars, inc. my T5. Ask for Gary when you call 01777 861393. They dropped mine 50 mm. Gary is a good chap, knows what he's doing and very honest.
