  Quite frankly it could be lots of things: infection, a cavity, a broken/chipped tooth or (fractured root) exposing the nerve.. Best thing to do is see a DDS and get diagnosed. Try Valley Dental Group Golden Valley- they are open till 7:30 pm. Not sure about emergency dental appt availability but call early see what they can do. 763-544-2213. Good luck.
