  Okay, EMERGENCY! The refridgerator seems to be working after I plugged in at a different outlet. That outlet is not working. THE CIRCUIT BREAKER (the one with all the switchs) is making an on again, off again, crackling noise. We have been smelling something in that room for a few days, but thought it was the computer. Do I need a new circuit board? Who do you recommend? We are already strapped!
