  Ron C. wrote: Unreliable. Entered maintenance agreement with 12 postdated cheques. Promised and scheduled aeration & top dressing never completed. October grass cutting not completed. Grass severely burned in spots from fertilizer. Upon speaking to owner about burnt grass instead of receiving an apology & offer to repair was met with attitude & excuses. Service cancelled effective October 31st owner promised to return my remaining postdated cheques. They were not returned necessitating stop payment charges.
