Hi everybody. Does anyone have suggestions for local Rosh Hashana & Yom Kippur services/alternate observance? I don't belong to a synagogue anymore but would like to find something to do to acknowledge the high holy days. Thank you!

Hi Melissa Waldman Molongo. The Rochester Jewish community has an amazing variety of options for High Holiday services and programs. If you have time to stop by the JCC, we're currently featuring our High Holiday Display right near the Main Desk. We have tables set up with High Holiday brochures and flyers from synagogues (and non-synagogue based Jewish communities) from throughout the area. Or feel free to give me a call and I'm happy to try to help you find the right match. Some services/programs require tickets (paid or otherwise), whereas some require nothing but yourself. :-) Joy Getnick, JCC Jewish Program Director. 585-461-2000 x239, jgetnick@jccrochester.org
