About us
All training is by appointment. All Drop-In's must be "pre-arranged" hours are by an appointment only, offered 5 days per week. We require that all new participants complete a series of introductory classes to prevent injury and the disruption of ongoing classes. You first session is one on one and totally free! At CrossFit Latrobe, you won't be sold anything, we will simply offer you what we have...the choice is yours.
