  The biggest store is Nielsen (http://www.nielsen.cz) But it's not in the center, so prepare to spend some time traveling there. The have lovely Amsterdam acrylic paint for example. You can find anything you need for your art there.

  http://www.nielsen.cz ...Nielsen..out in Ruzyne has the largest scale rolls of canvas and fairly cheap too by the metre. An art material warehouse that's worth a visit and very reasonable prices.
