  Request for Veterinary Surgeon Recommendation: Can anyone here provide a recommendation (based on firsthand experience) for a highly qualified soft tissue surgeon here in Prague or the region? Background: I had a “tieback” procedure performed on my senior dog here in Prague a few months ago to correct a partially paralyzed larynx that was affecting her breathing. The surgery appears to have failed. My dog will likely need to have a second surgery performed in order to resolve the issue, and I don’t have a lot of confidence in the original surgeon. That’s why I’m looking for recommendations. I don’t think I’ll get a third chance to get this right, nor do I want to put my dog through it again so it’s important that I chose the absolute best veterinary surgeon available. Price isn’t really a concern, and I am willing to travel outside the region if I can’t find a highly qualified specialist nearby.
