  Hi! I have an endocrinologist R. Jedličková MD: http://endokrinologie-obezitologie.cz/en/ – as you can see the website is in English; so they could speak English too but I am not sure of that! I recommend to ask them via email. They usually reply soon. Notes: the office is a far away from city centre (Praha–Michle). I am gonna write them email about my blood test results; should I ask about English for you? :D
