  Hi James, there are loads of car parks in the city centre, the Citipark car park at the Leeds arena do a rate of £1 an hour for upto 3 hours which is a 5 min walk away from the Leeds Town Hall, if you go over the 3 hours then it goes up to the full rate. https://citipark.co.uk/car-parks/merrion-centre-first-direct-arena-leeds
