  Does anyone know who replaces home ac units for reasonable rates? Need unit replaced, unit I have now kicks on 8-10 times an hour during summer and is old, been worked on several times. Heater does not even work. Landlord lives out of state but is paying and wants me to get a few quotes. Any help appreciated.
