By more 'upscale' I mean something other than 80% filler items, with a few pieces of salmon, shrimp, and a questionable piece of octopus rolling by... I'm looking for more variety and quality and I'm willing to pay to get them! Of course sit-down restaurants are also an option. From the running sushi places I've been to, they get a 'meh' rating from me.
