  I LOVE Jan Jirkal who works out of the Hitfitness Gym at Flora. Great guy, great trainer. His English is a bit shy but sufficient. You will find ways to understand one antoher if you don't feel comfortable in Czech. http://www.jan-jirkal.cz/
