Hi guys, I have a 4 fold meat question.
I'm looking for the names, and where I can get following:
1. Beef Joint for roasting (Sunday Roast style)
2. Joint of Ham to make a Roast Ham
3. Joint of Pork to make pulled pork.
4. Lamb Shanks.
I'm looking for the supermarket/butcher names for the cuts of meat. I'd rather not go for the more expensive options like real meat society, just looking for the basics. (I know that's almost impossible with Lamb). I've bought some stuff before but it's usually ended up being too fatty or tough, or not the right thing (My "Ham" turned gray).
Any help would be much appreciated.
