  This is supposedly good http://www.olivierfood.cz/cs/kontakty/ haven't been there yet, but the same company ran Vin de Cafe in the center and it was very good. If you're there by car, this place http://www.pegast.cz/ is like 10 minute drive from the center and offers very good Czech and Austrian dishes. Anything with mushrooms in it is going to be good there (especially now, in the season) Also, the Indian place Mark mentioned is great. They have two venues now, I know the one on Piaristicka street to be good: http://www.indickarestaurace.cz/
