  Sure! Pat Slapper. He's based in Lake Oswego--but he does work in Sherwood and Tualatin ALL the time. Honest, polite, great sense of humor, and he does a ton of work for realtors in the area when they need something fixed up quickly. We've known him for years, and his schedule is really full--but if you call and tell him that (Ken and) Laura Smith gave you his number, he takes care of personal referrals first. (503) 351-3160 is his cell. (Namedrop so he knows why you're calling the cell.)
