Biography:
Dr. Buckler graduated from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in the top 10% of his class. He won the school's top table clinician award in 1975 and represented MCG at the American Dental Association's National Convention. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree that same year.
Dr. Buckler opened a private dental practice in the Tucker area in December of 1975 and took over Dr. T Mayo Atkins' dental practice in 1983 in Decatur, GA. He combined both offices in 1991 and now operates a comprehensive dental practice of his own. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, the Northern District Dental Society, the American Association of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Dekalb Dental Study Club.
Dr. Buckler developed a specific interest in Cosmetic... show more Dentistry in 1979 and has completed numerous post graduate courses. He is specifically a Lumineer Trained Dentist and was the first dentist in Atlanta, GA to place a porcelain veneer.

Stephanie R. asked:Does anyone know of a good dentist? I just got a crown put in and it hurts....been taking advil for about 2 weeks now and it's not getting better. The (new) dentist told me, after he put the crown in, that if I kept experiencing pain that I may need a root canal....the only thing is - I think he wants me to pay for it! I just dropped $1,000 on the crown and REALLY don't want to pay for a root canal....any thoughts? Could I get my $ back?Robin M. replied:I always heard that a root canal is done with every crown.
