  I was wondering if you guys would be able to help. My sister in law has a male cat named Oreo. He desperately needs to be fixed as he has taken to spraying his domain and becoming exceedingly destructive. She is unable to afford to pay any amount due to having medical bills etc. Is their any way she could get a voucher or sponsor that would get him fixed. If he's not fixed soon she will have no choice but to re home him or surrender him to the pound. Please help!
