  hi tina if you havnt found accomodation yet there is very reasonable accom on sydney uni campus in newtown ( http://www.hotelspace.com.au/newtown/accommodation ) its basic but much cheaper than most other syd hotesl and is cheaper if you book thru expedia or trivago so take a look
