  Boogie bounce!I'm a member at club energy and the classes for members are Monday and Thursday evenings,membership includes the gym and classes,there is a wide variety of classes there but boogie bounce with Cesca Iannantuoni is by far the most fun!She does Zumba there too Thursdays after boogie bounce x http://www.clubenergyretford.co.uk/
