Day comes I get all dressed up take my dog with me to have lasting memories.. It was all going good we said goodbye. A few days later I write her to ask how they turned out. No response. I tried to reach out a few more times only to be blocked. I just wanted to know what happened to my pictures if she accidently lost them. Or deleted them. Anything. Still no answer. Nothing. As a photographer you are creating lasting memories to look back on. And if they happened to be deleted or lost just a simple explanation would have been nice. I ended up giving birth two weeks later. She might take good photos but I will never use her or ever suggests Ingrid svare for anything.

She was friendly and we overall enjoyed working with her at the wedding. This is what we wished me knew before hiring her: 1.) She doesn't give out any unedited pictures. We probably wouldn't have hired her if we knew this before....not because she isn't talented, but because we feel that we paid for both the unedited and edited photos from our wedding....we wanted both. We wish this was communicated before....we just assumed that the unedited would be included. This was only communicated long after....and we were bummed. 2.) Her service to us after the wedding....was pretty bad. She never stuck to her word....and she never communicated to us when she couldn't stick to her word. My wife had to constantly remind and nag her to do the things she said she would do. She said she would get the pictures back to us in three weeks...it took her six because "she kept forgetting." We would remind her and she said she would get back to us by a certain date....she never did until my wife reminded her. She said she would check into things and get back to us...she never did. She is either unorganized or forgetful...which isn't great when dealing with customers. This review is not anything against her as an individual or as a photographer...she is great. Her customer service was poor....at least in our situation.

Photographer friends will take before and wedding photos, but we want them to be able to enjoy the reception. Time would be ~1:00 - 6:00 pm. Just seeing if this is any interest.
