  Mark Vartanian, 704 219 1581, he's literally built almost anything and everything for me at this house, plumbing, fix it, honey-do list, and it is perfection, he's anal that way! I love it. And he has a dog from Peanut's Place, and been a friend for 20 years. Make sure you tell him I sent you so he moves you up the list, I know, all the handymen are pretty busy right now.
