About us

Flagstaff's first gourmet food truck built from the ground up by Mike G, his father and a few others. Mike G came up with the idea for GringoDillas! So, we're having issues with getting some food out there after the run. We had 2 that were promising but had to back out for various reasons. It's not absolutely imperative that we get something, but it definitely would be nice. PIK does have their bar/grill open now so there's that, but they cant accommodate this large of a group. They should be doing some breakfast burritos for the morning though. If anyone knows people with smokers, food carts, food trucks, etc. by all means hit them up and see if they're interested. If they can work out a deal with donating a portion of profits then even better, but I wont require that they do.
