About us

Blue Lily Treats is a home bakery following the Texas Cottage Food Law, specializing in hand decorated cookies, cakes and more! All of our treats are made fresh to order with high quality ingredients- This includes our cookies, icing, cakes, cake frosting, fondant and cupcakes. Cookies are made to order, individually wrapped and heat sealed to maintain freshness and quality. *Commercial kitchen used for the production of certain food items for sale when required by law.

Please note that your baking date is not secured on our calendar until your retainer is received. Your quote is valid for 24 hours- If the retainer has not been made your date is NOT guaranteed and is subject to booking by other clients.

Retainers are non refundable and non-transferable.

Delivery is available for an additional fee. You are welcome to pay in cash at the time you place your order, or you can request an invoice to pay securely with your credit card/bank draft through Square.
